Foley's in-house lab is staffed by experienced food technologists, who ensure that our high standard of quality control is maintained.
We have in place a certified quality management system called Q-Base, a version of ISO 9000. Within the Q-base framework, we have incorporated all of the principles of HACCP quality control. Annually, Foley's undergoes an independent quality audit. We are proud of our consistent EXCELLENT rating and would be happy to share the audit results upon request.
All of our products are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia. Our products carry the symbol of KBC as testament to our adherence to Kosher production guidelines.
